Amber coloured and packing some power, here is our modern age tribute to the first Okell's 'Steam' brewery, an invention of our founder, Dr William Okell.
Tasting Notes
Dark Gold in colour, with a citrusy/herbal/sherberty/resin aroma. Initial taste of prickly spice and sherbert and lemon, full bodied with initial sweetness. Spicy bitter after palate and very drying, makes you want to take another sip

Ingredients
Single hopped with Northern Brewer during the boil and Aroma hopped in the Whirlpool with Northern Brewer and Cascade.
