It's that time of year again. We brewed our Christmas Beer St. Nick yesterday and as normal the final aroma hops have been changed. This year we are using Sorachi Ace and Mosaic both in the Whirpool final hop addition and as dry hop in the fermenter. Hope everyone enjoys it
