Developing New Beers

We are about to expand the Triskelion Range. We have been developing a new White IPA, brewed with nearly 50% wheat. This has been developed on or little 5 gallon plant but has been upsized to the big brewery last week with a 20 Brl Brew.

I will be tasting this sometime this week and hopefully sometime soon will be released into the wild.

Please note this beer will be intentionally hazy because of the wheat proteins.
