We have just brewed this week our next seasonal beer which is Saison. This will be available from next week. For those that don't know Saison is a Belgium Style Beer Brewed in the South of Begium on Farms for the Farm Workers to drink during the Summer Months when they were taking in the Harvest....

This new brew has been in trial progress for a while.   However this will not be the final name, this is still under wraps.  It is a 5.0% version or our MPA, however the hops have been altered for the late and dry hops.   Also unusual is that we add a special herb to this brew in Whirlpoool and FV...

Our new expiremental brew is now finalised. A Black IPA, a conundrum I know. The name means Black Death in Manx. This has been on trial in a few pubs on the Isle of Man and in our MTT pubs in Yorkshire.   Keep watch here for developments
