Our smoked porter Aile

We brewed an Aile last week for bottling first week in March. Just had an order come in which is going to take it all so we need to brew another one for another botle run. We can’t do it this week as we are too busy. Got large export orders of Olde Skipper and Spring Ram which we need to brew this week. Plus we are running out of our keg Bitter, Smooth, so we also need to fit another keg run in this week.

What is it about dark beers all of a sudden. I get the distinct impression that they are becoming more popular. Have put on hold our replacement beer for the Mild as sales of Mild have increased over the last 2 months. So we will wait and see how it goes.
