Brewing at the weekend

We have to brew tomorrow, Saturday, which is fairly unusual for us but not unknown. Mondays brew of Alt has been a bit slower than normal and needs another day. We only have one small 20 Brl Fermenter and thats the one the Alt is in.

We need to brew more Aile for Bottling, we have one brew going away on Monday for bottling and its all sold already so need another bottling  ASAP. So we are having to brew the Aile on Saturday as we already have a bottling date booked in and can’t afford to leave it till Monday.

We desperately need another small fermenter.
